Chris Brown was supposed to be performing at the Michael Jackson Forever tribute concert in Cardiff, Wales tonight but his work visa was denied because of that little thing with Rihanna.
This marks the second time Chris' UK work visa was denied since his 2009 assault conviction. The first denial was during Chris' ill-fated fan appreciation tour in 2010 [click here if you missed that].
Organizers rejected the idea that Chris perform via video link like Beyonce.
