That was fast. Apparently T.I. pissed off prison officials by using a decked out tour bus and a caravan of SUVs to transport himself from the prison in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta. I guess that's against the rules? Anyway, your boy was removed from the halfway house yesterday and returned to Federal custody pending an investigation.
