Chris Brown Vindicated

Remember when the homeowner's association at Chris Brown's West Hollywood condo had him ticketed everyday for parking in the handicap spaces in their parking garage [click here if you missed that], and then wrote letters to the judge presiding over Chris' parole and told them Chris had thousands of dollars in unpaid parking tickets [click here if you missed that]?

The HOA was totally trying to set Chris up...

95 out of the 117 parking tickets Chris Brown has accumulated were recently dismissed and the 22 left over had nothing to do with his condo parking.

Chris has said from the beginning that some of his neighbors hated him on sight because of what happened between him and Rihanna and that members on the board of his homeowners association were trying to force him out and had painted handicap stripes over his assigned parking spaces.

And it was true.

Chris was able to prove to the City of West Hollywood that the parking spaces had been assigned to him originally and later painted over and the tickets were dismissed.

Chris has already made plans to find a new apartment.
