According to him he was attacked for wearing a Cowboy's jersey in Jets country although others claim the fight started after McKelvey refused to be quite during the 9/11 memorial before the game.
McKelvey was charged with three counts of aggravated assault, two weapons counts and held on a $22,500 bond.
