The kidnapping case in California involving Shaquille O'Neal has been thrown out...
Back in June Shaquille O'Neal was accused of hiring 7 gang members to kidnap and torture Robert Ross because Robert was trying to blackmail Shaq with a sex tape [click here if you missed that]. All along Shaq insisted no such tape existed and Ross even admitted lying about having a tape.
Yesterday the kidnapping case against the 7 gang members was thrown out because the District Attorney said he lost confidence in the victim based on his actions inside and outside of court, namely Ross' contacting Shaq's ex-wife Shaunie O'Neal by email telling her it was time to "pay up".
The D.A. asked that the case be dismissed and it was.
