Last year just before Halle Berry left to began shooting a film overseas, her baby's father, Aubrey Gabriel, complained about not having access to their daughter while Halle was on location. Halle Berry was beaming after a big round in court on Friday in the custody battle with her ex Aubrey Gabriel over their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. In Los Angeles, their lawyers had argued over a “movie clause” which determined how much time they were able to spend with Nahla while the lovely actress travels to Europe for filming commitments. The judge ruled in favor of Berry’s plea to let the girl stay with her while she’s on location.
