A suspected stalker was arrested at Halle Berry's Hollywood Hills home Monday night after he allegedly terrorized the "Monster's Ball" actress for days.
Richard Franco, 27, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. and is being held on $150,000 bail, according to jail records.
The 5-foot-9 man weighing 175 pounds allegedly jumped over the back wall of Berry's house in view of surveillance cameras and was met by her private security team, a police source told the Daily News.
Franco was arrested on suspicion of felony stalking after allegedly lurking around the Academy Award winning star's home over the weekend, the source said.
It was Berry, 44, who identified him for cops, according to TMZ.com.
Franco has multiple recent arrests under his belt, including a felony that landed him in jail for seven weeks last March.
