DMX is not getting out of jail anytime soon it seems...
DMX was supposed to get out of jail tomorrow but because of too many infractions The Dog might have to stay on his chain.
According to TMZ while in jail DMX has picked up infractions for drug possession, failing or refusing a drug test, smoking when he wasn't supposed to, being disrespectful, disruptive and disorderly.
