Foxy Brown and her neighbor Arlene Raymond have been feuding like the Hatfield's and McCoy's ever since Foxy cracked Arlene in the head with her Blackberry in 2007 [click here if you missed that]. In the aftermath of the Blackberry incident Arlene filed an order of protection against Foxy, which Arlene claims Foxy violated last year by mooning her in front of their house [click here if you missed that]. Foxy was facing up to one year in jail if convicted.
According to the NY Daily News,
A source familiar with the case said Raymond told prosecutors that her lawyer had concluded there was no money to be made by suing Brown so she did not want to cooperate any further in the criminal case.
