Over the weekend Bow Wow's baby mama dropped a bomb telling TMZ she left Bow Wow's name off their daughter's birth certificate because he never showed up to the hospital for the baby's birth even though she had to have an emergency c-section. Joie says Bow Wow didn't show up until six days later to drive them home from the hospital and she said the only way Bow Wow's name is going on that birth certificate is if they go to court.
