The Supreme Court just killed Wesley Snipes' get out of jail dreams by refusing to even hear his latest appeal. Wes, who's in Federal prison serving 3 years on tax evasion charges insists he's not guilty, just the victim of bad accounting advice.
Wesley Snipes was convicted on misdemeanor charges of not filing tax returns in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
