According to reports Halle Berry called an unscheduled custody hearing yesterday and showed up in court with a thick ass stack of documents outlining Gabriel Aubry's unfitness as a father. Although Halle's exact complaints were not revealed, apparently there was one incident outside the US, where Halle feels Gabriel neglected Nahla and put her safety at risk.
Gabriel was not present at yesterday's hearing.
