Comedian Katt Williams had a run-in with the Beverly Hills PD yesterday afternoon ... after allegedly getting into a heated shouting match with another guy ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... at least 4 squad cars raced to the Beverly Hills office building where the alleged incident occurred ... but when they arrived to the scene, things calmed down.
We're told no arrests were made -- and Katt left the scene without further incident.
