Sonja Norwood, Knockout Entertainment Inc. and R& B Productions were removed from the breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation lawsuit after a judge declared the allegations against Sonja and her companies "too vague." Brandy and her cousin / manager Ryan Ramsey were not so lucky. Brandy, Ryan and Bran Nu Inc. will still have to face off in court with DJ Marc Myserio, who is seeking $6 million in damages.
