Three years ago Mary J. Blige and husband Kendu Issacs plunked down $12.3 million cash for an 18,250 sq New Jersey mansion [click here if you missed that]. At the time the purchase was considered a steal because the house had originally listed for $17 million. Fast forward to Mary putting the house on the market for $13.9 and it seems a little strange that she would sell so soon for so little.
