LA Reid is leaving Def Jam to judge X-Factor or is he judging X-Factor because he's out at Def Jam?...
Remember last year when rumors were swirling that LA Reid was getting fired, but it never quite happened [click here if you missed that]? Yeah well now LA says he's leaving Def Jam to "pursue other opportunities" one of those opportunities being the X-Factor gig. Don't worry about LA though. They say he's a shoe in for an executive position at Sony.
