That's what it looks like. Rihanna has agreed to lessen the restraining order against Chris Brown...
As it stands Chris Brown isn't allowed within 10 yards of Rihanna [for kicking her ass two years ago], but RiRi has requested the order be dropped to a level one restraining order, meaning she and Chris can have contact as long as he doesn't annoy, molest or harass her.
Everything still has to be signed off by the judge but it's pretty much a done deal.
