Chris Brown is tired of having to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna...
Last Friday Chris Brown was in court for a probation progress hearing and asked the judge to lift the order he stay 50 yards away from Rihanna because, "It makes it difficult at award shows".
Rihanna's attorney was in court but did not want to agree to the modification without speaking to Rihanna first, who was not present. They tried calling Rihanna but was unable to reach her so the decision will be made at a later date.
Chris was nominated for 3 Grammy awards this year, but says because of scheduling conflicts he will not be at the ceremony.
