Usher or somebody from his camp sent out a Tweet yesterday urging Usher's followers to send a birthday Tweet to one of his songwriters, breaking his vow not to Tweet or Facebook until Alicia Keys and her 'Keep a Child Alive' charity raised $1 million. So far KaCA has earned $298.000.00.
