Wesley Snipes requested his surrender date be pushed back till after the holidays. DENIED!
Wesley appealed to the judge on the grounds that he has 4 minor children and that it would be devastating to them for him to be locked up during the holiday season. Wes asked that he be allowed to turn himself in Januray 6 instead of December 9. Judge wasn't trying to hear that and basically told Wes he's had 2 and half years to prepare his kids and that the sooner he went in, the sooner he'd get out.
