Don't get your hopes up Ja Rule Stans. Ja Rule still has to go to jail, just not immediately after his sentencing date.
Ja Rule, who was convicted of gun charges in New York yesterday, worked out a deal with the prosecutor and will be allowed to complete all of his 2011 work commitments before being sent off to jail for two years.
Ja Rules' lawyer tells XXL
"It's part of our discussions with the district attorney's office. You have to think whenever you're taking care of a person of this calibre with these type of commitments you have to anticipate their business commitments also."
"We have fought long and hard on the situation and they have agreed in regard to these commitments. I mean he has a film to do. There are certain concerts to do."
In the mean time Ja Rule and 50 got into a Twitter fight yesterday then somebody hacked JaRule's Twitter account.
