Dr. Murray Will Not Lose His Medical License

Surprisingly enough, it has nothing to do with Michael Jackson.

Dr. Conrad Murray, known the world over as the Doc who administered the fatal dose of propofol to Michael Jackson, was in danger of losing his Nevada medical license over back child support payments. Once his payments were found to be up to date, the licensing board dropped their investigation.

However, in regards to his Michael Jackson case, Dr. Murray is restricted from prescribing or administering any anesthetic agent in Nevada or California until the case is settled.

And speaking of Michael, Joe Jackson refiled his wrongful death suit against Dr. Murray, after a Federal judge refused the hear the case, saying it should be handled in state court first.

Oh, and a glove Michael Jackson wore on the 'Bad' tour just sold at auction for $300,000.00. Also, a jacket signed by Michael pulled in $96,000 and a fedora he wore on stage sold for $72,000.
