DMX will have to stay in jail a little longer.
According to reports,
DMX will remain in police custody for another week after he was denied bail for the second time on Thursday (09Dec10).
The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, is facing eight months behind bars following his arrest in Phoenix, Arizona last month (Nov10) for violating his parole.
He is accused of breaking the terms of his probation by using cocaine and painkiller OxyContin, driving on a suspended licence and failing to check in with his parole officer.
