Wesley Snipes lost his appeal for a new trial on the grounds that some of his jurors were biased and that the star witness for the prosecution had a criminal record.
Now, two years after his conviction on tax evasion, Wesley Snipes must report to jail and immediately begin his 3 year sentence.
Where he will be serving his time has not been announced.
