Suge is determined to make Kanye pay for his medical bills and pain and suffering after he was shot in the leg at Kanye's 2005 MTV Video Music Awards after party, even though a judge just ruled that Kanye was not responsible. Suge also wants compensation for the loss and enjoyment of a $135,000.00 diamond earring he says was lost during the shooting.
