Even though his first appeal was denied OJ Simpson is still hoping to get out of jail.
OJ Simpson is currently serving 9 to 33 years on kidnapping and armed robbery charges after he tried to strong arm a sports memorabilia dealer into returning some things he claimed had been stolen from him [click here if you missed that].
Since his first appeal was denied, OJ's attorney just filed a second appeal on the grounds that the panel of judges misunderstood key points of their argument. OJ insists he was only trying to retrieve personal items.
