In the never ending saga of Miami Heat Dwyane Wade and ex-wife Siovaughn's divorce battle, which is final by the way, comes the issue with child custody. Dwyane wants full custody of their two sons and has accused his ex of being unstable. The children's court appointed attorney agreed, stating there was a question as to Siovaughn's mental condition and determined from her own testimony that she had "homicidal" and "suicidal" tendencies. The attorney asked the court to force Siovaughn to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and to award custody of the children to Dwyane for the duration of the trial.
