The last time we heard from North Carolina rapper Petey Pablo he was caught trying to sneak a gun on a flight on September 11th.
Petey swore up and down that he didn't realize the gun was in his luggage and that he forgot that he'd been hiding it for a friend who was about to get himself in trouble.
Yeah. Whatever with that. The Grand Jury concluded Petey knew full well that he was in "possession of a concealed dangerous weapon that was and would have been accessible to him in flight."
Pete is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm and attempting to take the gun onto an airplane.
He has agreed to turn himself in today.
