Teddy Pendergrass II and Teddy Pendergrass Sr.' second wife Joan have produced conflicting wills in their battle over the Pendergrass estate. Teddy Jr's will was signed by Teddy Sr in May of 2009 and names Teddy II as executor and sole beneficiary. While Mrs. Pendgrass, who married Teddy P in 2008 says her will, signed by herself acting as Teddy's attorney [dated after Teddy Jr's of course], gives her total control of the estate, which includes among other things, a house in foreclosure, an outstanding auto loan and a pending lawsuit by a former songwriting partner.
