In the wake of Rihanna's rehashing of her beat down at the hands of Chris Brown in the latest issue of Marie Claire magazine, Access Hollywood caught up with Chris and he's clearly moved passed all that woman beating stuff.
Chris tells Access,
“Everything [is] good, I’m definitely — me personally and mentally — I’m a great guy now.”
“Definitely just a person who’s promoting positivity all the time, so that’s just me,”
“New music coming real soon, I’m in the studio, back and fourth, continuously, just having fun,” he explained.
Chris was also spotted at the GQ Gentlemen's Ball earlier in the week chatting up Jason Briggs, founder of 'The Man Up Campaign' which targets violence against women.
Jason tells Page Six,
"I found Chris to be very humble, sincere, honest and clear about expressing an interest in working with Man Up or an organization like ours. Chris is a young man, and he made a mistake. Some people may feel or not feel he hasn't paid his dues, but he's on a journey. We have to be supportive. My parting words to him were 'Keep your head up.'"
