Mel B a Con Artist?

Mel B and her husband are being sued for fraud.

Apparently Shady Spice convinced BMedia to invest $500,000.00 in her liquor fund by telling them she had a cd coming out and was about to go on tour to promote it. After taking the money, the cd never came out, Mel never went on tour and instead signed on to feature in the Las Vegas production 'Peep Show'.

BMedia wants their $500 thou back, plus interest, a percentage of Mel's earnings from Peep Show and a percentage of sales from Mel's workout DVD 'Totally Fit: Mel B'.
