Remember when Beyonce got sued by that guy who said she turned his neighborhood upside down to shoot the video for 'Why Don't You Love Me?' [click here if you missed that]? Well Beyonce paid him off and it's all settled.

Dude claimed Beyonce and her camera crew rolled in at 7am and set up on his property without his permission and he filed suit against her on the grounds of private nuisance and trespass. But before the case could make it to court Sasha peeled off five figures and told dude to beat it.
