Donna West [no relation to Kanye] tried to sue Tyler Perry several years ago claiming his play 'Diary of a Mad Black Woman', was a rip off her play, 'Fantasy of a Black Woman'.
Donna's play ran for three nights in Dallas in 1991.
Donna's case was dismissed two years ago citing lack of evidence, but she launched an appeal that was shot down yesterday, August 23rd.
Tyler Perry's movie 'Diary of a Mad Black Woman' earned more than $50 million at the box office.
