So you know Suge Knight is trying to sue Kanye West for a million dollars after getting shot in the leg and losing his earring at Yeezy's Video Music Awards after-party back in 2008, right? [click here if you missed that]
Yeah anyway, during their first deposition Suge complained because Kanye didn't say a single word during the entire 6 hour meeting [click here if you missed that]. Yeah well, now a judge in Florida says Kanye doesn't even have to show up for the next deposition at all! Yeezy can literally 'phone it in'. After Kanye's lawyers explained to the judge that Yeezy had a long standing prior commitment abroad, the judge agreed to let Kanye attend the meeting by phone.
The meeting is scheduled for August 26.
