The man accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and 7 year old nephew, has still not gone to trial and was recently granted another continuance further postponing the case.
William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister Julia, has been in the Cook County jail since his arrest on December 1, 2008.
