Los Angeles real estate agent Amado Aguirre was sitting in from of Mel B's house taking pictures of homes for appraisal purposes when he claims Mel, her husband Stephen Belafonte, and a guy man named Amin Zahedi came outside and kicked his ass. Amado claims he suffered neck injuries and broken hand and is suing Mel B for $1 million dollars.
