They say Prince was supposed to perform at the BET Awards but backed out with no explanation.
Apparently there was supposed to be a little skit with Patti LaBelle and Chaka Khan coaxing Prince onstage for an 'impromptu' performance but when it was time for Prince to go on, they say he left instead!
