Wesley Snipes lost his appeal.
Actor Wesley Snipes had appealed the 3 year prison sentence he recieved after being convicted on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns, claiming the sentence was "unreasonable', but he got shot down by a federal appeals panel in Atlanta, GA.
Wes has been out on bail pending appeal since his 2008 conviction. No word on when his sentence will begin.
