A few weeks ago rapper Chamillionaire lost a house to foreclosure and at the time said he let it go because it became a bad investment. Now Cham explains the real reason he lost the house.
"My mother has cancer and she was looking at my house and my lifestyle and was afraid to come to me about money for medical bills.
“(I said), 'Whatever bills you have, come to me about it.' I had to ask myself, 'Is keeping a house that's not worth all the money I'd been paying on it worth more than my mother or my son?' So that's the decision I made. I gotta make sure I make good moves."
