Whitney Houston European Concert Tour off to a Rough Start

Fingers crossed that Whitney Houston's European concert tour is less problematic than her one in Australia, but it's not getting off to good start.
Whitney canceled the first date on her European concert tour because of an upper respiratory infection. Now, instead of kicking off her tour today in Paris, she'll begin her tour in Manchester, England on Thursday.
