Remember last year when Walter 'Black Ranger Zack' Jones got pulled over and arrested at 4 o'clock in the morning in Huntsville, Ala. for "failure to dim headlights" [click here if you missed that] and then it was alleged that something fishy was going on [click here if you missed that]? Turns out something fishy was going on.
According to reports it's "unclear why" but the case against Walter has been dismissed. After paying $200.00 in court costs Zack was free to go.
