Being Locked up Gives You a lot of Time to Think

Incarcerated rapper DMX is suing Rich Boy Entertainment claiming they haven't paid him any royalties in over ten years.

According to his million dollar lawsuit,

"DMX has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has had No. 1 singles and albums on the Billboard charts, which in turn have generated a great amount of revenue for Defendants, but has left [DMX] with nothing."

Why wait so long to file? Well, X says he didn't notice he was being cheated until he ran out of drug money last year because,

"From 2000 through 2008, Simmons was in and out of jail and changed representatives numerous times."

DMX is currently serving a 6 month jail sentence Arizona  for probation violations.
