Remember back in 2008 when Suge filed that lawsuit against Kanye West because he got shot at Kanye's 2005 MTV Video Music Awards party and lost his $135,000.00 diamond earring [click here if you missed that]?
Well, Suge was supposed to be in Miami yesterday for a deposition regarding the case but didn't show up and his lawyer says it's because Suge was in a really bad car accident and had some teeth knocked out and can't speak and is in a lot of pain. But Lawyer Guy insists Suge is still going through with his suit and told the Miami New Times,
"He's (Knight) a very adept businessman. He's a mess, but he's sharp. Nobody likes Kanye West anymore. Even though he's still selling millions of records, everybody's sick of him."
