and ironically or not, Precious' star Gabourey Sidibe's weight has been a #1 topic on urban blogs and beyond. Howard Stern and Robin Quivers were the first to publicly bash Gabourey over her weight, under the guise of warning her about her health. Then Jamie Foxx took it back to middle school when he called Gabourey 'Notorious Precious' and did a whole bit on how Gabourey would be perfect for the role of Notorious B.I.G in the next Bad Boy film.
I don't know if you've seen Gabourey in an interview, but she couldn't be more opposite than the character she plays in Precious. Gabourey is smart, witty and well spoken. But are those qualities cancelled out by her size? Are overweight people the last group that it's ok to publicly bash?
