After first using Twitter to blast the industry [click here if you missed that] before ditching the micro-blogging site, and then using his Say Now account to beg fans to call their local radio stations and demand they play his records and now getting back on Twitter, I'm convinced Chris Brown is handling his own PR.
Yesterday after all of CB's celebrity Twitter pals made sure their followers knew he was back on Twitter and one of the first Tweets Chris sent out was about him reading books to Harlem school kids.
