Usher was spotted in the Dominican Republic with his new piece. Well she's not exactly new. It's the same chick he was spotted with in LA back in August [click here and here]. You know, the one Tameka said, at the time, was a Def Jam exec who was only with Ush, who's with Arista by the way, to help him open a restaurant in LA? Yeah her. Her name is Grace Miguel, she's 40 something and they say she's married. Now just because they're in DR together doesn't mean they're "together together", but who all remembers when those pictures of Usher and Tameka in St. Barts started popping up [click here] while she was married to someone else?
