OJ Simpson will not be getting out on bail while appealing his robbery and kidnapping conviction. OJ was sentenced to a minimum of 9 years in prison after attempting to retrieve what he says was stolen football memorabilia from a dealer, at gun point, in a Las Vegas hotel room in September of '07.
