Brady Green was convicted of stalking Tyra Banks yesterday but lucked out didn't get any jail time. While Brady could have gotten as much as 90 days in the clink, the judge felt ordering him out of town would better serve justice saying, "Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."

No Jail Time For Tyra Stalker
Brady Green was convicted of stalking Tyra Banks yesterday but lucked out didn't get any jail time.
