I challenge everyone to take a look at the prices for "quality" food. You ever notice how the "good" food is priced almost a third of what the other food is priced. Have you ever looked at the prices of the food with low-fat, low-sugar? Don't even get me started on the soy and organic food. Have you bought a bag of oranges lately? Any fresh fruit or vegetables? Take care of your health people. It's all you have.

I am unsure how a white man could have created diabetes. It all goes back to one's body, genetics and insulin production or insulin resistance.

^^^I was just about to congratulate you for your extended period of lucidity until you typed that crap. Toxins do not "turn into" bacteria and bacteria do not "turn into" parasites. The amount of heat necessary to kill parasites would kill a person. Cancer has been around since time immemorial as have bacteria and parasites.
A gallon of water is too much and will stress your kidneys unnecessarily unless you are exerting yourself or out in high heat, esp. if you are also drinking other fluids or eating. You get fluids from eating as well as drinking. Why am I bothering?

It's a shame how our society neglects the mentally ill (REPENT) and allows them to play all day on the internet and in blog comment sections. It is all too easy for the mentally ill (REPENT) to get confused with all the words they see and mix things up in their tiny little brains. I need to take some of the other posters' advice and just keep scrolling when I see your ignorance and vitriol on my screen. I honestly wish Snitch would break her unspoken rule and just ban you. You waste up bandwith (and air).
It goes deeper than not eating right because family history plays a HUGE part in those illnesses as well. The problem is the people who get the news that they're diabetic, have high bp/cholesterol, or whatever, yet they do NOTHING in terms of taking the necessary steps to get said diseases under control. Contrary to popular belief, not everything requires medication and in most cases, simply watching what one eats and exercising will do the trick [I can attest to that from personal experience] but a lot of times, folks want the easy way [popping pills] as opposed to doing the work to keep themselves healthy without them.
Case in point: My family medical history is jacked, and there are SEVERAL women in my family who are grossly overweight and suffer from diabetes,high blood pressure/cholesterol, or other ailments, and they all have something else in common as well: they fit the mold of the type of person I'm talking about. Their diets are HORRENDOUS...inhaling oink oink, fried/greasy, and other unhealthy foods as they see fit, all the while popping pills left and right to manage their medical conditions. There's something wrong with that picture, but I can guarantee I will NEVER go out like that.

i just don't eat alot of food, that's how i try to stay healthy. instead of eating the whole pot of oxtails, i eat one plate and thats it.
