New York Knick Eddy Curry's former male driver is suing him claiming Eddy propositioned him for sex and neglected to pay him over $98,000.00 in wages and expenses. But Eddy is trying to get the case thrown out because under state law you have to employ at least four people to be considered an employer and Eddy claims that his only employees were the ex-chauffeur and a personal chef.
